Public Offer (Terms of Service) & Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Serhii Serhiiovych Krykunov (taxpayer registration number 3037010812, the "Provider") to provide training services (the "Rieltor.Start" online course) and related consulting and technical services to individuals and legal entities (the "Client") through the website rieltorstart.com.ua. Payment by the Client constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants access to the "Rieltor.Start" online course (learning blocks with quizzes and a final exam) or other services listed on the website (Telegram bot development, consulting, support), and the Client pays for these services at the prices listed on the website at the time of order.
3. Price and payment
- The current price of each service is listed on its respective page.
- Payment is currently accepted manually: after reaching out via Telegram, the Provider agrees with the Client on a convenient payment method (bank card, transfer). There is no automated card payment on the site yet — this is stated honestly in the FAQ section.
- Course access is granted within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
- If the Client has not started any course block, a refund is possible within 3 days of payment, upon a written request via Telegram.
- If the Client has already opened at least one course block, the payment is non-refundable, since the material has already been provided in full.
- Refunds for individual services (bots, consulting, support) are handled on a case-by-case basis by agreement of the parties.
5. Liability
The course is not a state license or diploma and does not guarantee employment or a specific income level — this is stated honestly on the site. The Provider is not responsible for decisions the Client makes independently based on the knowledge obtained.
Privacy Policy
What data we collect
- Email — at registration in the personal account, to identify you and grant access to the course.
- The text of your message — if you used the contact form at the bottom of the site or wrote on Telegram.
- Anonymized visit statistics — page and referral source; no names, and no raw IP address is stored (only a one-day hash is used to count unique visitors).
How the data is used
Email is used exclusively to grant access to the paid course and to communicate about the training. Visit statistics help us understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
Where the data is stored
Data is stored on Neon (Postgres) and Vercel Inc. servers, subject to their own security and data-processing policies.
Learning progress
Your quiz progress is stored only in your device's browser (localStorage) and is not sent to the server — if you switch devices or browsers, you'll need to redo the progress. Payment status is the exception — it is synced through the server and visible from any device.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to have your data deleted from the database by writing on Telegram (link at the bottom of the page) — your email and registration history will be deleted within a few days.
Cookies
The site does not use third-party advertising cookies. Technically necessary data (your login session in the personal account) is stored locally in your browser.
